The concept of leadership has been defined in different ways throughout history. The effort to define the leadership and leaders that began with the Great Man proceeded in the first time to focus on the characteristics of the leader, then the behaviors of the leader, and the later on the situation. However, the absence of a single, most appropriate leadership style that fits every situation and the change of people's psychological, sociological, cultural and societal has enabled the emergence of different leadership types. In Leadership Theories And Practice II, which is the complementary of  Leadership Theories And Practice I, the current leadership types that were based on emotional intelligence, creativity or narsisism etc. will be introduced.
