  • Attendance Requirement 

    ARTICLE 18 – (1) (Amended: OG-27/10/2024-32705)

    Students are required to attend courses, practical sessions, exams, and other academic activities deemed necessary by the instructor. Students must attend at least 70% of the lectures and 80% of the practical sessions. Students who fail to meet the attendance requirement, regardless of the reason, including disciplinary suspension, lose the right to take the end-of-term exam. These students receive an (NA) grade. 
    Except for practical courses, attendance is not required for courses that students have previously taken, sat for the final exam, and failed, or for courses they have passed but are retaking to improve their grades. However, if a student takes a different course from the same elective pool, attendance requirements must be fulfilled for the newly enrolled course.
