Dear ME403 students,
TÜBİTAK's 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2026 call is now open. As part of ME403, all project groups are expected to apply to this program with their graduation projects.
Key dates
- Application and advisor approval: 7 October – 11 November 2026, 17:30
- University e-signature (done by the university, not by you): 16–23 November 2026
What you get
- Up to 12,000 TL for a project of at most 12 months.
- The budget can cover equipment, consumables, travel and services.
- It cannot cover conference fees, publications, patents, accommodation or meals.
Eligibility and rules
- You apply individually or as a team: one project leader plus up to 4 project partners.
- Each advisor can supervise at most 5 2209-A projects per call. Talk to your advisor early.
- You cannot be on more than one 2209-A/B application in the same call.
- You must have an up-to-date ARBİS account (arbis.tubitak.gov.tr).
- Do not highlight any company, institution, commercial product or brand in the title or proposal.
How to apply
- Apply online via TYBS (tybs.tubitak.gov.tr).
- There is no proposal file to upload. You enter the project content directly into the system, and the form is generated automatically.
- The proposal must be written in Turkish and meet the minimum character limits. Otherwise it is eliminated before scientific review.
- After you submit, your advisor must approve the application in the system before the deadline. Applications without advisor approval are not completed.
- If you use generative AI tools, you must follow TÜBİTAK's Generative AI guideline.
Evaluation: scientific quality 35%, method 25%, project management 20%, broader impact 20%.
⚠️ Reminder: The system closes at 17:30 on 11 November 2026, and your advisor's approval must also be completed by then. Please do not leave it to the last day. Aim to submit at least a few days early so your advisor has time to review and approve.

TÜBİTAK 2209-A Üniversite Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Destekleme Programı 2026 yılı çağrısı başvuruya açılmıştır. ME403 kapsamında tüm proje gruplarının bitirme projeleriyle bu programa başvurmaları beklenmektedir.

- Başvuru ve akademik danışman onayı: 7 Ekim – 11 Kasım 2026, saat 17:30
- Kuruluş yetkilisi e-imzası (üniversite tarafından yapılır): 16–23 Kasım 2026
Destek
- 12 aya kadar süren projeler için en fazla 12.000 TL destek verilir.
- Bütçe makine/teçhizat, sarf malzeme, seyahat ve hizmet alımı giderlerini karşılar.
- Kongre katılımı, yayın, patent, konaklama ve yeme-içme giderleri kapsam dışıdır.
Başvuru koşulları
- Bireysel ya da ekip olarak başvurulabilir: proje yürütücüsü ve en fazla 4 proje ortağı.
- Bir akademik danışman aynı dönemde en fazla 5 2209-A projesinde yer alabilir. Danışmanınızla erkenden görüşün.
- Aynı dönemde birden fazla 2209-A/B başvurusunda yer alınamaz.
- Güncel bir ARBİS kaydınızın olması zorunludur (arbis.tubitak.gov.tr).
- Proje başlığında ve önerisinde herhangi bir kurum, firma, ticari ürün ya da marka öne çıkarılmamalıdır.
Başvuru
- Başvurular TYBS (tybs.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden çevrim içi yapılır.
- Araştırma önerisi dosyası yüklenmez. Proje içeriği sistemdeki ekranlara doğrudan girilir ve form otomatik oluşturulur.
- Öneri Türkçe hazırlanmalı ve minimum karakter sınırlarını sağlamalıdır. Aksi hâlde başvuru ön incelemede elenir.
- Gönderdikten sonra akademik danışmanınızın başvuruyu son tarihten önce sistem üzerinden onaylaması gerekir. Danışman onayı olmayan başvurular tamamlanmış sayılmaz.
- Üretken yapay zekâ araçları kullanıyorsanız TÜBİTAK'ın ÜYZ Rehberi'ne uymanız gerekir.
Değerlendirme: bilimsel nitelik %35, yöntem %25, proje yönetimi %20, yaygın etki %20.
⚠️ Hatırlatma: Sistem 11 Kasım 2026 saat 17:30'da kapanır ve danışman onayının da bu saate kadar tamamlanmış olması gerekir. Lütfen başvurunuzu son güne bırakmayın. Danışmanınızın inceleyip onaylayabilmesi için başvurunuzu en az birkaç gün önceden göndermeye çalışın.
