Dear Students,
The Capstone Project II (ME404) presentations will be conducted on 22.06.2026 in the Kemal Zaim Conference Hall according to the schedule and guidelines outlined below.
Presentation Format and Duration
- Each group will be allocated a 15-minute presentation slot.
- This will be followed by 5–10 minutes of questions from the jury.
- The remaining time is reserved for transition between groups.
Presentation Schedule
The date, time, and location of each presentation, along with group assignments, are provided in the presentation timetable below.

Students are responsible for checking their assigned presentation time carefully.
Important Announcements
- Attendance is mandatory for all students.
- All students are required to be present at the conference hall by 09:30.
- Each group must prepare a poster for their project. Posters will be displayed during the Capstone Project Exhibition.
- Preparing a brochure is optional and not mandatory.
- Family members are welcome to attend the presentations and exhibition.
Important Note
The final versions of your presentations must be uploaded to the submission section (ME404-Project Presentation Submission) on Moodle for the course by 21/06/2026, before the presentation day. Please make sure that your final presentation files are submitted through Moodle on time.
In addition, the products and prototypes developed in the Capstone Laboratory (-4th Floor) throughout the semester will be exhibited during the event.
