Dear Students,
The Capstone Project I (ME403) presentations will be conducted on 19.01.2026 in Kemal Zaim Conference Hall according to the schedule and guidelines outlined below.
Presentation Format and Duration
Each group will be allocated a 30-minute time slot.
The presentation itself must be 15 minutes.
This will be followed by 5–10 minutes of questions from the jury.
The remaining time is reserved for transition between groups.
Each group is expected to be present at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
Presentation Schedule
The date, time, and location of each presentation, along with group assignments, are provided in the presentation timetable table below.
Students are responsible for checking their assigned time slot carefully.
