The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the basic principles and concepts of public finance and to try to find solutions to the basic economic problems of the public sector by conducting application studies based on them.
In this context, Public Economics—Market Economy, Public Sector, Public Goods, Public Expenditures, Revenues, Taxes, Public Deficit, Treasury Operations, Public Budget, Fiscal Policy, and Financial Market issues will be examined.
