During this course, we examine public relations acquirements on specific products and services, developing communication strategy, execution of strategies, tips for customer relations, presentation to the customer, and tips for working with communication agencies. Within this course several new generation marketing communication techniques such as viral, guerrilla, green and niche marketing that use pre-existing social networking services and other technologies to try to produce increases in brand awareness or to achieve other marketing objectives.
